Product Quick Fact
◆ The AB 1756-IF6CIS is an analog I/O module that has an input
range of 0 to 20 mA. This module is used in a ControlLogix system. And
functions as a sourcing current loop input module.
◆ It has Six (6) individually isolated current sourcing inputs with resolution is
16 bits or 0.34 µA/bit. It offers an internal power source for each channel but
the current is limited to 28 mA.
◆ The 1756-IF6CIS also has a real-time sampling (RTS) feature that instructs
the module to scan its input channels and obtain all available data that the
module will multicast. The RTS period and requested packet interval (RPI)
period must first be configured.
