SM004S Lenze AC Tech SCM Series Variable Speed Drive, 0.33 HP (0.25 kW) rated power, 120VAC input, 1.7A @ 0-240 Hz output, NEMA Type 1 (IP20)

The SCM 0.33 HP (0.25 KW) drive features a 120 VAC 1A input in a Chassis (IP20) Enclosure. The SCM/SCL Series drives control 3-phase motors and have power ranges of 0.33 Hp-15 Hp (0.25 kW-11.0 kW) with a voltage class of 120 VAC through 480 VAC. The SCL drive has an integral line filter ideal for European Compliance to noise.

With the continuous improvement of production technology, some new production methods such as lime Bayer method and beneficiation Bayer method are continuously applied to production.
The integrated process control system is a distributed control system.The system consists of eight process control subsystems (workshop) for raw material grinding, lime digestion, dissolution, sedimentation, seed filtration, evaporation, product filtration, and roasting.Each workshop has an engineering station EWS and 2-3 operator stations OPS.
