The MPL-B540K-MK72AA servo motor is designed for professional industrial use and manufactured by AB/Rockwell Automation. The AB MPL-B540K-MK72AA AC synchronous brushless servo motor features smart motor technology and it is built from advanced materials that can withstand wear and tear from frequent usage in industrial settings. The MPL series offers high-quality motors that are available in 9 different frame sizes to meet different application requirements. These motors can have a rated speed up to 8000 rpm and they are intended for either 230 or 460 Volts AC input voltage. This exceptional series offers several custom options such as a keyless shaft, kits for shaft sealing, or a 24 Volts DC brake.

The MPL-B540K-MK72AA servo motor features an absolute multi-turn feedback encoder that uses the Hiperface protocol. In addition to that, the encoder has a 1024 sin/cos signal output. This servo motor is made for power sources with 460 Volts AC input voltage and it can have a power output of 5.4 kilowatts. The MPL-B540K-MK72AA industrial servo motor has a maximum speed of 4000 rpm and a rotor inertia of 0.00147 kilograms per square meter. The frame of the servo motor is 165 millimeters and it has a 101.6-millimeter (4-inch) magnetic stack.
