Product Details
The AB 25B-V4P8N104 is part of the PowerFlex® 520-Series of compact, low-voltage AC drives that delivers an innovative design and versatile solution to support applications ranging from standalone machines to basic system integration. This module comes with one-phase input with between 100 and 120 Volt AC (-15%, +10%) ratings, and a three-phase output rating of 4.8 Amperes (for its current) with a 0 to 230 Volt ratings. Its control I/O is composed of two analog inputs (unipolar and bipolar ones), seven digital inputs - six of which are programmable, one jumper selectable analog output, two relay outputs, and two opto outputs. Its frame size of “B” fits into the IP20 NEMA/ Open Type enclosure and it has a standard interface module.
The 25B-V4P8N104 PowerFlex 525 AC drive comes with a variety of motor control options that include Closed loop velocity vector control, Permanent Magnet motor control, Sensorless Vector Control (SVC), and Volts per Hertz (V/Hz). It offers a range of positioning controls, from PointStop, point-to-point positioning mode, and closed-loop feedback with an added encoder card, and it has an embedded Ethernet/IP port for control, data collection, and configuration over the network. Its integral RS485/DSI communications supports a multi-drop network configuration and it also has optional communication cards such as DeviceNet, Dual-port EtherNet/IP, and PROFIBUS DP; plus two PID loops that further enhance application flexibility.

Metallurgical Industry Capability
Blast furnace ironmaking is the use of iron-containing raw materials (sinter, pellet or iron ore), fuel (coke, coal powder, etc.) and other auxiliary materials (limestone, dolomite, manganese ore, etc.)
The blast furnace is charged into a certain proportion, and hot air is blown into the blast furnace to help the coke burn, and the raw materials and fuel are lowered as the smelting process in the furnace progresses.
In the process of falling material and gas rising, heat transfer, reduction, melting and decarbonization occur successively to produce pig iron.
The impurities in the iron ore raw material are combined with the flux added to the furnace to form a slag, and the molten iron at the bottom of the furnace is intermittently discharged into the molten iron tank.
Sent to the steel mill. At the same time, it produces blast furnace gas and slag two by-products. After blast furnace slag water quenching, all of them are used as raw materials for cement production.
