The GE Fanuc IC693PWR321 module is a power supply module from the 90-30 Series of output replay modules. It powers the processing capabilities of the Fanuc Series 90-30 PLCs. It is located in the leftmost slot of the baseplate. It comes with a power rating of 30 Watts. It can work with both AC and DC power supplies. The input voltage source of the device must have voltage ranges between 85 and 264 Volts AC or 100 and 300 Volts DC. It provides 3 different voltage outputs: 5 Volts DC, 24 Volts DC voltage that provides power to circuits, and an isolated 24 Volts DC voltage supply that is used by some modules to provide external power. it has an inrush current of 4 Amps peak, with 250 milliseconds maximum. This programmable controller power supply device has a robust build and it is equipped with a battery.
The IC693PWR321 module is fully compatible with any CPU model. The power supply module is certified by the cULus and CE standards. It has been designed to work in a Class 1 Division 2 rated environment. The IC693PWR321 module comes with power supply limiting feature that protects the hardware immediately when there is a direct short. The power supply unit is equipped with 6 terminals for operator connections. It comes with an enhanced diagnostics feature that tracks all events and updates for the operators. A smart switch fusing is built inside the power supply device as a protection measure. For communication, the IC693PWR321 module is equipped with an RS-485 serial port. The serial port can be used to connect to different peripheral devices and a CPU/computer.

Non-ferrous Industry Capability
The sintering method and the Bayer process are currently the main methods for industrial production of alumina.
Most of the alumina produced is produced by Bayer process.
The Bayer-sintering hybrid method was first created, which greatly improved the total recovery of alumina.
With the continuous improvement of production technology, some new production methods such as lime Bayer method and beneficiation Bayer method are continuously applied to production.
The integrated process control system is a distributed control system.
The system consists of eight process control subsystems (workshop) for raw material grinding, lime digestion, dissolution, sedimentation, seed filtration, evaporation, product filtration, and roasting.
Each workshop has an engineering station EWS and 2-3 operator stations OPS.
The data collection, real-time monitoring, data processing and other information transmission of the internal process parameters of the workshop are realized by the EtherNet/IP control network.
The main production operations of the entire alumina plant are completed by these eight subsystems, each controlled by a ControlLogix controller.
