PRODUCT DETAILS
The IC200MDL750 is a VersaMax output module made by General Electric Fanuc Automation. This module has a combined total of 32 output points spread across two groups of 16. Each output point is discrete, meaning that signals can only have two states—on or off and open or closed, for example. The discrete outputs for this module can be positive logic or sourcing types, and their job is to perform positive load switching to the direct current (DC) power supply and give power to the loads. This device works in conjunction with a carrier base from the IC200CHSxxx family.
As the IC200MDL750 is an output module, it requires an additional power supply for all positive load switching. This product will consume up to 90 milliamps of current from a 5v backplane power source, and the operational voltage for this module can be anything from 10.2 volts direct current to 30 volts direct current. Nominal operational voltage is either 12 volts or 24 volts direct current. Note: To operate at 12 volts DC, this device must be upgraded to at least the IC200MDL750B version or newer.
The IC200MDL750 does not support isolated points or channels, but it can isolate each group of 16 points. Thermal derating is also possible with this module with the number of concurrently active points being dependent on different scenarios. For field wiring, in addition to the output points, each group of 16 outputs has a terminal for DC+ and DC-. When using inductive load wiring, it is advisable to use external suppression circuits.

NONFERROUS INDUSTRY
Non-ferrous Industry Capability
The sintering method and the Bayer process are currently the main methods for industrial production of alumina.
Most of the alumina produced is produced by Bayer process.
The Bayer-sintering hybrid method was first created, which greatly improved the total recovery of alumina.
With the continuous improvement of production technology, some new production methods such as lime Bayer method and beneficiation Bayer method are continuously applied to production.
The integrated process control system is a distributed control system.
The system consists of eight process control subsystems (workshop) for raw material grinding, lime digestion, dissolution, sedimentation, seed filtration, evaporation, product filtration, and roasting.
Each workshop has an engineering station EWS and 2-3 operator stations OPS.
The data collection, real-time monitoring, data processing and other information transmission of the internal process parameters of the workshop are realized by the EtherNet/IP control network.
The main production operations of the entire alumina plant are completed by these eight subsystems, each controlled by a ControlLogix controller.
