◆ The GE Fanuc IC693CBL301 is an input or output expansion cable which is

also known as a Wye cable. This cable’s length is 6 feet with a continuous shield.

◆ The IC693CBL301 comes with a 25-pin male connector at one end and a

two-headed connector at the other end. This expansion cable is used to extend

the input or output bus to the expansion baseplate in the 90-30 series PLC system.

The custom cable becmes necessary whenever the standard cables are not

available in the system’s required length. 

◆ The IC693CBL301 expansion cable is installed, exceeding the specified cable

length, this leads to erratic operation in the 90-30 series PLC system, therefore,

this should be avoided. The user should always verify the specifications of the

components within the system. Also, in the expansion system, the user can use

a maximum of seven compatible cables.
