The It receives an electrical input (typical 4‑20 mA) and controls a pneumatic actuator via an I/P (current to pneumatic) and pneumatic amplifier module.It features local operator panel / display, mechanical
position indicator, communications option (HART, LKS) for configuration and monitoring.The housing is typically aluminium, varnished, and designed for mounting
standards such as DIN/IEC 534 / NAMUR (for linear actuators) or VDI/VDE 3845 (for rotary actuators).It supports various pneumatic output configurations
(single‑acting, double‑acting actuators) and safe/fail positions (fail‑safe, fail‑freeze) in case of power or air failure. V18345 family (often referenced
as TZIDC digital (or electro‑pneumatic) positioner) is an intelligent configurable positioner designed for mounting
on linear or rotary pneumatic actuators.

Automatic adaptation & commissioning – The device is designed for automatic determination of control parameters and adaptation to the final control element, saving commissioning time.
Low air consumption & efficient control – The I/P and pneumatic amplifier ensure efficient air usage; when the set point is reached, the 3/3‑way valve is closed to minimize air bleed.
Flexible mounting and actuator interface – Can be mounted to both linear and rotary actuators; uses standard mounting kits/adapters for NAMUR or VDI/VDE standards.
Fail safe/freeze capability – Choice of safe position behavior in case of power or air failure (either move to defined safe position or freeze in current position).
Robust and rugged design – Wide ambient temperature range (‑40 to +85 °C), high shock/vibration tolerance, suitable for industrial environments.
Comms & diagnostics – Options for HART communications, digital input/output, LKS interface for local servicing and monitoring.
