The MLE‑TN16A is a digital output expansion module for the MasterLogic-50 (ML50) PLC system from Honeywell.Specifically, it's a 16‑point
open‑collector (transistor sink) output module — i.e. 16 independent digital output channels.It is used when you need the PLC to drive
external DC loads: e.g. DC coils, indicator lamps, small actuators, or interface circuits that accept transistor‑type sink outputs.
As an expansion module, it mounts on the ML50 I/O rack alongside other I/O modules
(inputs, other outputs, analog I/O, etc.).
