The MLF‑DC04A is an analog output module (current‑output) designed for the ML50 / MLF PLC system from Honeywell.It provides 4 output
channels per module (i.e. 4 analog outputs).The module converts 12‑bit binary data from the PLC (digital representation) into corresponding
analog current signals, for interfacing with field devices (e.g. controllers, actuators, transducers) that accept 4–20 mA or 0–20 mA
analog input.It is meant as an I/O expansion module — you mount it on the ML50 I/O rack alongside other
modules (digital I/O, analog I/O, counters, communication modules, etc.) to
extend the PLC’s output capabilities.
