machinery such as turbines, compressors, pumps, and electric motors. It forms a key part of the Bently Nevada 3300 XL NSv Proximity Transducer System, delivering

 highly accurate vibration displacement data essential for machinery condition monitoring and protection.Eddy‑current proximity probes detect changes in the

 distance between a metallic target (e.g., a shaft) and the probe tip by inducing eddy currents in the target and measuring resulting voltage

changes. The closer the target, the larger the signal — allowing precise measurement

of radial vibration or shaft position without physical contact.
