The Bently Nevada 330101‑00‑13‑15‑02‑CN is a 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe, part of the Bently Nevada 3300 XL proximity transducer system — a rugged, high‑precision
eddy‑current sensor used for non‑contact shaft vibration, displacement, and position measurement on rotating machinery.This probe uses eddy‑current sensing: an
alternating current in the probe coil creates a high‑frequency magnetic field. When the metallic shaft passes nearby, changes in that field are measured as a
voltage change proportional to the distance (gap) between shaft and probe. This signal is then conditioned by a 3300 XL
Proximitor® sensor for use in vibration and machinery protection systems.
