1. Multi‑Channel Dynamic & Speed Signal Monitoring
The card supports four programmable dynamic channels and two speed inputs, allowing simultaneous acquisition of signals from multiple sensors, such as accelerometers, velocity sensors, displacement probes, and tachometers—all independently configurable for the application’s needs.
2. Advanced Digital Signal Processing (DSP)
On‑board DSP enables real‑time signal conditioning including digital filtering, integration, differentiation, and rectification for accurate calculation of RMS, peak, and peak‑to‑peak values. It also supports order tracking analysis, which is valuable for identifying vibration components tied to rotational speed and phase relationships.
3. Comprehensive Parameter Computation
The MPC4 measures both relative and absolute vibration, as well as derived parameters such as Smax, eccentricity, thrust position, housing expansion, displacement, and dynamic pressure, offering a complete picture of machinery health.
