 The  MCC95‑16IO1B is a dual thyristor (SCR) module designed and manufactured by IXYS Semiconductor (also marketed via distributors like DigiKey

 and Farnell). It is intended for industrial power control applications, such as motor drives,

soft starters, and power conversion systems.
