The NGDR-07C / NGDR-07 / FF1400R12IP4 is a high-power, industrial-grade 1200 V / 1400 A half-bridge IGBT power module, designed using IGBT4 trench/field-stop technology and integrated into the PrimePACK™ 3 advanced power module platform. The NGDR-07C / NGDR-07 / FF1400R12IP4 is a PrimePACK™ 3 half-bridge IGBT power module integrating IGBT4 trench/field-stop devices with emitter-controlled freewheeling diodes, optimized for ultra-high current inverter operation and low switching energy dissipation.
The NGDR-07C / NGDR-07 / FF1400R12IP4 supports a nominal collector current up to 1400 A by utilizing high-density chip stacking, low-loss silicon structures, and optimized current spreading metallization, ensuring minimal conduction losses under high-load traction or industrial drive conditions.
The NGDR-07C / NGDR-07 / FF1400R12IP4 exhibits a collector-emitter voltage rating (V_CES) of 1200 V, designed to withstand high dv/dt switching transients in medium-voltage DC link inverter topologies.
The NGDR-07C / NGDR-07 / FF1400R12IP4 minimizes turn-on and turn-off switching losses (E_on / E_off) through IGBT4 trench field-stop optimization, resulting in reduced tail current behavior and improved dynamic switching efficiency under PWM operation.
