Engineered with interlocking stainless steel armor and a high-temperature Teflon jacket, the 200151-60-03-00 interface cable ensures ultra-stable signal integrity over a 60-foot span. It eliminates the frequent technical pain points of EMI/RFI noise distortion and physical cable degradation caused by harsh chemical or high-heat exposure. This makes it the definitive, reliable link for critical accelerometers monitoring balance-of-plant machinery like cooling tower fans and fin-fan heat exchangers.
Engineer's Note
"When routing the 200151-60-03-00 armored cable across heavy machinery decks, ensure that the stainless steel armor is not bent past its minimum bend radius of 3 inches. Because accelerometer signals are highly sensitive to Electro-Magnetic Interference (EMI) from nearby variable frequency drives (VFDs) and high-voltage motors, the internal drain wire of this 60-foot cable must be grounded strictly at the monitor panel end. Do not ground it at both ends, as this creates a ground loop that introduces false vibration spikes into your plant's DCS or 3500 rack."
