Product Description:
The outputs are safe against reverse polarity and forced supply of 24 V DC. Use of the digital output signal at the terminal 46 (A 62,00) for the high-speed counter The output A 62,00 can be assigned to the internal highspeed counter by configuration. If the counter is used in the operating modes 1 or 2 (up-counter), the output A 62,00 is only available for the counter. If the output is to use as a normal digital output, it has to be made sure, that the high-speed counter is not configured to the operating modes 1 or 2 (see also the chapter "High-speed counter").The technical specifications of the inputs are the same
with the other digital inputs, but with the following exception: Caused by the direct electrical connection with the output, the varistor for demagnetization of inductive loads (see figure above) is also in effect at the input. Therefore, the voltage difference between UP5 and the input signal must not be greater than the limit voltage of the varistor.
