Arena Simulation Software Can Improve Patient Care
Get it Right the First Time
This is a critical part in every industry, but even more so now in healthcare, when it quite literally means the difference between life and death.
What if you could answer “What if…?” questions before investing capital and without disrupting current operations?
What if:
Our product mix, tact time, labor rules, failure rate, patient arrival rate, etc. changes? How will that affect throughput, queues, costs, and resource utilization?
We add a shift, purchase a new machine, or change how we train employees? Will that give me the desired outcome?
We consolidate two facilities into one facility? Do I improve efficiency or making everything twice as difficult?
We build a new warehouse? Will the design present the best possible layout?
I’m faced with a pandemic and our hospital is not designed for an inrush of critical patients?
