The 3BSE007913R0050 PFTL 201C is an advanced web tension measurement system from ABB, designed for accurate tension measurement in
industrial applications involving continuous webs, such as paper, metal, and other strip processing industries. It uses Pressductor®
PillowBlock Load Cells to ensure high precision in tension control.

Vertical Force Measurement: The PFTL 201C system is designed to measure vertical forces accurately, providing precise tension data for
reliable process control.
Robust Construction: The load cells are made from a single block of stainless steel, offering excellent resistance to shocks, overloads, and corrosion,
making them highly durable in demanding environments.
High Overload Capacity: The system can withstand up to 500% of its nominal capacity without affecting the calibration of the load cells, ensuring
reliability even under peak load conditions.
Vibration Resistance: With a high spring constant, the load cells exhibit minimal physical deflection, providing excellent resistance to machine
vibrations, even at high operational speeds.
Easy Integration: The PFTL 201C system is compatible with ABB’s tension electronics, such as the PFEA 111/112, making integration into
existing control systems seamless.
