The 6ES7 155‑5AA01‑0AB0 is an interface module (head / PROFINET‑IO interface) for the ET 200MP distributed I/O system. Its module type designation is IM 155‑5 PN ST.It provides the link between a PROFINET‑network

(Ethernet) and a set of ET 200MP I/O modules (digital/analog/input/output/other), allowing distributed I/O remote from the main PLC.It includes an integrated 2‑port switch with RJ45 connectors for PROFINET network

connection.The module supports PROFINET IO‑Device functionality, i.e., acts as a remote IO station on a PROFINET network.It supplies power to the ET 200MP backplane bus: the integrated supply can
